Casual Customer Sales Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Sales Assistant, a role covering client enquiries, relationship building, store representative to deliver a seamless experience and impeccable store maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Maintain regular contact with clients to deliver an exceptional service experience.
• Build client relationships across the team's client base; act as the next point of contact when senior sales staff are unavailable.
• Maintain and grow client lists, identifying and developing potential clients.
• Proactive in maintaining an impeccable store.
• Work with colleagues to maintain a shared, accurate understanding of inventory.
• Support event initiatives as needed.
• Monitor email enquiries and maintain a strong understanding of inventory movements, holds and exchanges.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.

• Retail sales experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of CDG and CDG affiliated brands.
• Strong organisational skills and time management.
• Solution-focused and calm under pressure.
