PAYMENT, TAXES, DUTIES

We accept online payment in a secure environment by both debit and credit card and PayPal. All transactions are in AUD with GST included.

Please note that Comme des Garçons Melbourne has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied on international shipments when the package reaches your destination and for which you will be liable.

*Levies and Duties are included for shipments to China.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Please allow 2 days for the item to be dispatched. You will receive an email update with your direct DHL Express tracking number.

CLICK AND COLLECT

You're welcome to select the in-store pick up option available at checkout. This service is available at our 13 Somerset Place, Melbourne Store. Once the item is available for collection, you will receive an email and can collect from our store during our opening hours. We request that you present your ID to match the order upon pick-up, if you have nominated someone else to pick up the item, please inform us via email with an attachment of your ID and their name to ensure your item is not passed onto the wrong customer.

RETURNS POLICY

DOMESTIC RETURNS

Items returned due to change of mind can only be done so as an exchange or credit note. Items must be returned in brand new, unworn and original condition with tags attached.

You are responsible for the return postage. Exchanges or credit notes can only be issued after the item has been received by us, and within 30 days of receipt. 

Please choose carefully as refunds will not be accepted unless if deemed faulty. All sale and discounted items are final and cannot be returned nor exchanged.
